Shipping and Delivery
S.E.H Kelly ships to every known location worldwide. Orders are typically
dispatched within five working days, except during peak periods when
processing times may be longer. Orders are sent on a tracked service.
Responsibility for orders passes to the customer once the parcel is
delivered. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, customers
must raise the issue with the carrier.
Orders to certain countries may include additional customs and duties fees not shown at the checkout. These are calculated by customs authorities and are not in S.E.H Kelly's control.
Tax and Customs Duties
Orders outside the UK will be subject to local sales taxes, customs
duties, and import fees. These costs are set by local authorities, and are
added at point of checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers have 14 days from delivery of their order to inform S.E.H Kelly of any intention to return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered from their original condition, and must be fully fit for resale, otherwise they will not be accepted.
The cost of shipping is not refunded.

If a return is sent back without following these terms, and as a result S.E.H Kelly incurs customs or related charges, their full sum will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once authorised, a return must be sent within 30 of starting the return. Returns outside this window are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed in five working days and can only be returned via the original method of payment. The cost of returning an order is £20 for non-UK customers and £10 for UK customers. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not reimbursed.
